1. Service Description
SocialHub is a social media management platform that allows you to schedule posts, analyze performance, and manage your social media accounts from a single dashboard. We act on your behalf to publish content to connected platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use SocialHub.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or the terms of connected social media platforms
- Post spam, misleading, or harmful content through our service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated means to access the service beyond our provided APIs
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through SocialHub. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
5. API Usage and Third-Party Platforms
SocialHub connects to third-party social media platforms via their APIs to post content, retrieve analytics, and manage your accounts on your behalf. You authorize us to access these platforms using the permissions you grant during account connection. You remain bound by each platform's own terms of service.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
SocialHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
